Since 2018, Meraud Watch Co’s aim is to fill a niche market for high-quality yet reasonably-priced vintage-inspired watches that meet modern standards. Under the leadership of an avid watch enthusiast, no detail of research, design, construction and packaging has been overlooked. Each timepiece is meticulously designed in-house in Belgium before being manufactured and assembled in Switzerland for optimal timepiece perfection.

Meraud recently unveiled their Bonaire MkII Diver watch – an elegant blend of robust functionality and classical beauty designed specifically to appeal to watch collectors who appreciate fine details in timepieces. Boasting carefully-crafted features with sophisticated aesthetics for an irresistibly beautiful ensemble.

Encased in polished stainless steel, the MkII boasts an eye-catching yet sophisticated design. This watch features an iconic acrylic “Bakelite” bezel insert adorned with SuperLuminova numerals and indices for easy reading in low light conditions, an AR-coated Top Hat sapphire crystal for vintage charm while maintaining durability, and an intriguing sapphire display back that provides us with glimpses into its intricate mechanics. Furthermore, its drilled lug holes enable quick strap switching so it fits any style or event!

At the heart of Bonaire MkII is an automatic Swiss La Joux-Perret caliber G101 movement from La Joux-Perret. Boasting 24 jewels and an exceptional 28,800 VpH frequency frequency as well as an outstanding 68 hour power reserve, it ensures precision and reliability, featuring soignee finishing for enhanced soignee finishing as well as visible tungsten rotor visibility via display back – giving a glimpse into watchmaking art itself.

The MkII offers three dial options that cater to different aesthetic preferences: Gloss Black with gilt print and baton hands; Marine Blue with white print and baton silver-polished steel hands; or Moss Green featuring SuperLuminova for enhanced visibility as well as its signature “lollipop” seconds hand for fun but sophisticated details in its design.

This timepiece boasts a stainless steel riveted bracelet featuring true rivets and an easy, quick adjustment clasp to provide maximum wearability and versatility. In addition, there’s also an additional Meraud Tropic rubber strap featuring steel pin buckles – ideal for diving adventures as well as day to day wear! This retails for $1,140 on a steel riveted bracelet or $1,029 0n a rubber strap. You can check them out, HERE if you are interested in ordering.

Water resistant to 200 meters, the Meraud Bonaire MkII Diver watch is not simply a timepiece – it’s also your faithful companion in all your adventures, whether that means diving deep sea or climbing corporate ladder.

Due to the unpredictable and volatile market on certain Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet watches, prices are subject to change.
